UNICEF data strategy for immunization
We led the UNICEF data strategy for immunization.
Through iterative consultation we optimized data pipelines for $500M+ in grants; standardized indicators, automated analytics using Python, and advanced insight reporting across 6 HQ, 7 regional, and 124 country offices to support real-world data (RWD), accountability and intermediate monitoring for immunization programs.

COVID Impact monitoring
During the COVID pandemic, we chaired WHO+ advisory group to review the best way to monitor the pandemic impact on essential health services.
DATA STANDARDIZATION AND DIGITIZATION
Community Health
We led the standardization and digitization of global indicators for community health workers across 30+ global agencies. We also led their digitization for e-health and mobile health systems.within the world’s largest Health Information Management System platform (DHIS2 supports routine health management for an estimated 2.4 billion people, in over 70 countries worldwide).
IMPACT EVALUATION
Child and adolescent health,
woman health and HIV
We supported multiples initiatives on child, adolescent and woman health globally, including for youth participation and on HIV. Our main focus was to monitor and evaluate the impact and improving policies.
